Feline Behaviour Coach Policies
 

Service Offerings:
- Our Feline Behaviour Coach services include personalized training and behaviour modification programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each cat and their owner.
- Training methods are based on positive reinforcement, gentle handling, and understanding feline behaviour.

Appointment Scheduling:
- Clients can schedule appointments for consultations and training sessions by contacting us via phone or email.
- Appointments are subject to availability, and booking is recommended to secure preferred time slots.

Payment Terms:
- Payment for services is due at the time of booking or 48 hours before the start of the consultation. 
- We accept payment via PayPal or electronic transfers.
- Invoices will be provided for record-keeping purposes.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment with us. To ensure that we can continue to provide quality service and support to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the scheduled support service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Thank you for choosing Feline Behaviour Coach for support. 

 

Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have not been delivered as agreed.
- Refunds will not be provided for completed training sessions or consultations.

Support Duration:
- Support for training and behaviour modification services is provided for two weeks from the date of the initial consultation or training session. This applies only to the continuing support options. Current clients have the option to book 30-minute virtual follow-ups beyond the two weeks as listed under plans.
- Clients are encouraged to reach out within these two weeks for any follow-up questions or concerns related to the support provided.

Privacy and Confidentiality:
- Client information and discussions during training sessions are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Personal data is securely stored and only accessed by authorized personnel to provide services.

Code of Conduct:
- Clients are expected to treat FBC, other clients, and animals with respect and kindness.
- Clients are encouraged to actively participate in the training process and follow any instructions from the Feline Behaviour Coach.

Terms and Conditions:
- By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our policies.
- Our policies may be updated periodically, and clients will be informed of any changes.
