In-Home Environmental Audit
Sometimes the missing piece of a behaviour puzzle is the physical territory. While my virtual consultations are highly effective for most behavioural concerns, this 90-minute on-site intensive is designed specifically for complex environmental mapping and territory optimization.
Success & Welfare Policy
Please note: To protect your cat's progress, not all cases are conducive to an in-home visit. Concerns involving human-directed aggression or extreme fear are significantly more successful virtually. This allows me to observe natural behaviours without the significant setback caused by a stranger entering the cat’s territory.
A 10-minute Screening Call is required for all in-home bookings to ensure an on-site audit is the safest and most constructive path forward.
Service Zones & Availability
In-home audits are scheduled by geographical zone between 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM to ensure maximum focus and efficient travel:

Tuesdays: West End / Halton (Mississauga, Oakville, Etobicoke)

Wednesdays: Midtown / North (Vaughan, Richmond Hill, North York)

Thursdays: East End / Durham (Scarborough, Pickering, or Local)
Investment & Logistics

Investment: $325 CAD + Flat-rate Travel Fee (determined by zone).

Duration: 90-minute on-site session. If the audit is completed within 60 minutes, the remaining 30 minutes are banked for a future virtual follow-up.
My primary goal is your cat’s long-term success. Because a stranger entering the home can be a major stressor, I reserve in-home audits for environmental and territory-specific challenges. For cases involving human-directed aggression or extreme fear, we will begin with a virtual consultation to observe your cat in their most relaxed state, ensuring we don't trigger a behavioural setback.
To bring expert on-site consultancy to your home, a Flat-Rate Mobile Service Fee of $95 applies to all In-Home Audits within the designated GTA zones. This fee covers vehicle logistics and travel time, allowing me to focus entirely on your environment. Please note that for urgent, time-sensitive cases outside of our scheduled zone days, custom travel arrangements may be discussed during your initial Screening Call.
